The controller for personal data processed through this website is the company named in our legal notice.

What we collect

This website has no database, no accounts and no server-side form handling. The quote and contact forms do not send anything to us directly: they compose a message in your own email program, which you then choose to send or discard.

Once you send that email, we process the details you put in it — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, engine details and the description of your enquiry — in order to answer you and prepare a quotation.

No tracking, no cookies

• No analytics, tag managers, advertising pixels or session recording.
• No cookies are set by this website, so no cookie banner is needed.
• Fonts, images, brand marks and icons are self-hosted; your browser makes no request to Google Fonts, image CDNs or social networks while reading these pages.
• External links (WhatsApp, manufacturer sites) are only contacted when you deliberately click them.

Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical log data when a page is requested: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to detect abuse.

Log data is not merged with other data and is not used to identify individual visitors.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)); under Turkish law, KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f).

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the business relationship requires, and afterwards only where commercial or tax law obliges us to retain it. Server logs are kept for a short technical period and then deleted.

Who we share data with

Enquiry details are shared only where they are needed to fulfil your request — for example with a manufacturer or supplier when a part has to be cross-referenced or ordered, or with a carrier when goods are shipped to you.

We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

Your rights

These rights follow GDPR Art. 15–21 and KVKK Art. 11. To exercise any of them, write to us at the address below — we answer within 30 days.

• Access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure, where no retention obligation applies.
• Restriction of processing and objection to processing.
• Data portability for data you provided to us.
• Complaint to a supervisory authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Authority; in the EU, your national data protection authority).
